Each unit—from the nimble SY75C to the powerful SY215C—underwent a 100% hydraulic system optimization and engine diagnostic check. We ensured that the original Isuzu and Mitsubishi engines are in peak condition, delivering the reliable torque needed for the tough South American terrain.

Phase 2: Deep Steam Cleaning & Original Standard Re-Labeling
A JUE QI machine must "Look like new and work like new." After mechanical restoration, the SY75C, SY155H, and SY215C underwent a multi-stage deep steam cleaning process. To complete the aesthetic overhaul, we applied fresh, original SANY decals and safety stickers. This professional re-labeling ensures that our clients receive machinery that reflects the highest corporate standards upon arrival at the port.

Phase 3: Rigorous 150-Point Stress Test & Final Performance Check
Transparency is the foundation of JUE QI’s global reputation. Before moving to the loading zone, each SANY excavator passed our signature150-point stress test. We simulated 4 hours of continuous operation, monitoring oil temperatures, hydraulic flow, and structural stability. We recorded full testing videos of the SY215C’s digging force and the SY75C’s precision movements for our client, ensuring total peace of mind before crossing the Pacific.

Phase 4: Secure Heavy-Duty Loading & International Export Logistics
The final step is secure delivery. Our logistics experts utilized professional heavy-duty flatbed trailers to transport the units to the port. For the long voyage to South America, we implemented specialized maritime fixing and anti-corrosion protection. All essential export documentation, including the Bill of Lading (B/L) for the SY75C, SY155H, and SY215C, has been processed to ensure smooth customs clearance for our South American partner.
